Notice of Public Hearing
As required by Education Code Section 56205, each Special Education Local Plan Area (“SELPA”) is required to submit an Annual Budget Plan and an Annual Service Plan to the California Department of Education. The Fresno County Charter SELPA hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held as follows:
- Topic of Hearing: Adoption of the Annual Budget and Service Plans for 2025-26 for the Fresno County Charter SELPA’s Local Educational Agencies.
- Hearing Date: Wednesday, May 14, 2025
- Time: 8:30 a.m.
