At Paseo Grande, part of our unique mission is to personalize the learning process and interest of each of our students and we are very passionate about it. Every day our incredibly talented and dedicated staff – from the teachers, to counselors and key support staff – work hard to change the lives of our students.

We train our teachers and staff to focus on the student and remove any barriers they might have to learning. To be that one person in the student’s life who cares about them. We focus on their social-emotional needs first – who they are, what they like, if they are ok – and from there everything else falls into place.
